About House LW27 Gidan Zama Na Kashin Kai

House LW27 gida ne na kashin kai da aka gina a kan ƙaramin fili a wani yanki na zama. Farin ginin yana bambanta da abubuwan dutse na ƙasa masu kaushi. Bangaye masu farin filasta, daɓen katako na oak da dutsen ƙasa don daɓe, banɗakuna, hayaƙin murhu da bangaye su ne suke tsara cikin gidan. A ƙasan gidan, wani shiri buɗaɗɗe yana gudana kyauta daga gabas zuwa yamma tare da tafkin ninkaya. Tagogi masu zamewa daga daɓe zuwa rufi suna haɗa ciki da waje a duk shekara. Bene na sama yana ɗauke da ɗakunan kwana tare da banɗakuna na keɓe. Wani falon rufi da aka dasa shuke-shuke yana mayar da yankin ƙasa da aka rufe ga yanayin halitta.

Zanen House LW27 Gidan Zama Na Kashin Kai ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Tagulla, wata karramawa mai tsananin daraja da ake bai wa zane-zane na musamman waɗanda ke da ƙirƙira, basira da hikima. Waɗanda suka lashe kyautar Tagulla kayayyakin fasaha ne masu ƙwarewa da ƙirƙira mai ban mamaki waɗanda ke tabbatar da babban gogewa, tunani da dabarun masu zanensu. Ana sa ran zanen House LW27 Gidan Zama Na Kashin Kai ya zama abu da ake girmamawa sosai, ake sha'awa da ƙauna, mai ƙwarewa da ƙirƙire-ƙirƙire. Unique Properties: The white Volume contrast with the rough natural stone elements. White plastered walls, wooden oak floors and natural stone for floors, bathrooms, chimneys and Walls.

Production Technology: Concrete structure, metall cladding, white plastered walls, wooden oak floors and natural stone for floors, bathrooms chimneys and walls.
Research: A sensual minimalistic atmosphere is carefully detailed with great attention to natural and artificial lighting.
Inspiration: In high class residential area, a large volume residence had to be constructed on a relatively small site.
Next to a giant outdoor pool there was almost no space for a garden. So, the idea was to put the garden onto the roof and work close to the concept of a zero-seal house which means the sealed areas are given back to nature on the rooftop.
Project Duration: The project started in 2020 in Munich and finished in 2023
Operation Flow: The borders of the side are hidden by a whole series of newly planted canopying trees, which provide natural Sun protection.
On ground level an open floor plan flows freely from east to west along the pool. Floor to ceiling sliding windows allowing inside outside living all year.
On the upper floor is the bedroom area with ensuite bathrooms and separate dressing facilities.
The lush planted roof terrace with whirlpool is reserved for the hardworking parents.
