About Black Steel Tebur Da Kujerun Cin Abinci

Black Steel wani kayan aiki ne na tebur da kujerun cin abinci wanda aka samu wahayi daga siffar gizo-gizo. An yi firam ɗin dake goyan baya da farin ƙarfe, aka tsara su ta hanyar CNC milling ko zubar da su a cikin faifai, kuma suna nuna sauƙaƙan layuka da tsayayyen tsari. An yi saman zama, bayan kujera da saman tebur da roba wanda aka tsara ta hanyar allurar ƙera (injection molding). Ƙarfe da roba suna haifar da bambanci bayyananne na launi da kayan aiki. Bayan kujerar yana bin siffar bayan ɗan adam kuma yana taimakawa wajen tallafa wa daidaitaccen matsayin zama don cin abinci da karatu. Ana iya wargaza dukkan sassa cikin sauri kuma a tara su domin sufuri.

Unique Properties: The spider is a very dexterous animal. The design of the dining table and chairs incorporates the feeling of spider form, which feels very flexible and breathable. The project hopes to combine product aesthetics with product practicality. Its supporting part is made of CNC milled white steel with simple lines and a sense of power. It is suitable for modern interior decoration.
Dimensions & Packaging: CNC milling or mold casting technology is used to process the white steel frame, and injection molding is used to process the plastic part. All parts of the dining table and chair can be quickly disassembled to achieve the production of this design.

Production Technology: The supporting part of the dining table and chair is made of white steel, which is processed by CNC milling or mold casting technology, the seat surface and backrest are made of plastic, and the surface is processed by injection molding, and through the assembly of parts to achieve rapid installation.
Design Challenge: How flexible spider sense of style combined with furniture, and select the appropriate materials are designed with the greatest challenge encountered in the design, followed by the use of two materials, how to merging two different material properties.
Research: The spider shape is applied to the dinette, there is a sense of power lines and tough, simple and concise material. Under the premise to achieve the functionality of the product, it will be reflected in the form of beauty. Chairs support portion be of steel production, strong and stable structure, with large areas of black plastic, simple pure material, color contrast in appearance, strong production operability.
Inspiration: Ensure the breathability and flexibility of the product is the design principle of the product, this dining table and chair in the design combined with the form of the spider, its flexibility and strength reflected in the design, the table and chair disassemble simple, can be parts stacked convenient transportation. Choose the main body frame that white steel pledges serves as desk and chair, use deft plastic to serve as chair seat and desktop, reflect the contracted style of contemporary furniture.
Project Duration: The design project began in January 2019 in Shenyang, was completed in June 2019, and was exhibited in the art museum of Shenyang Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in June 2019.
Operation Flow: When sitting on the leisure armchair, the seat back fit back together the human form, can assist people to make the right posture for dining, reading and other activities.
