About Ring Chair Kujerar Hutu, Matashin Kafa
Kujerar Zobe kayan daki ne na hutu wanda ya kunshi kujera da matashin kafa. An yi firam din da itacen inabin Brazil, aka sassaka shi ta hanyar injin sarrafa kwamfuta (numerical control) sannan aka gama shi ta hanyar goge-goge na hannu. Bututun karfen da ba ya tsatsa (stainless steel) ya kafa hannayen zama masu siffar zobe, wanda aka nade da kauri mai kauri na zaren jute mai duhun toka. Madogarar zama da baya masu lankwasa suna bin siffar jiki don tallafawa daidaitaccen zaman zama. Haɗin kai na katako (tenon joints) da masu haɗin karfe suna baiwa damar sauri wajen hadawa da wargazawa domin dacewa da tafiya. Zanen ya hada tsarin kayan daki na gargajiya na kasar Sin da kyawun halitta na katako mai tsauri.

- Unique Properties
- It is a set of casual furniture made up of chair and footstool. They retain the original properties of the material itself, which returns to simplicity and truth. The structure is stable, the process is simple. The radians of the chair are natural and ergonomic. The metal adopts numerical control machining technology, outer wrapped dark gray thick hemp cloth, with Brazilian pear wood shows composed and quiet. The back of the chair is designed simple and generous.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- Chair 950mm x 650mm x 950mm, Footstool 600mm x 450mm x 450mm, Wood part is shaped CNC machining technology, combined with the tenon structure, the two parts can be quickly assembled and disassembled. Because of the need of transport demolition, we use high-quality hardware connection to create a beautiful line and solid structure of furniture.

- Production Technology
- The main material of furniture is Brazilian flower pear wood, strainless steel tube, thick hemp cloth strip. The solid wood part adopts the modern numerical control processing technology, through the machine cutting and the manual polishing processing molding, the metal connector is electroplated after CNC machining, the last will be wrapped around the circular strainless steel tube to complete the seat production.
- Design Challenge
- The biggest challenge is how to preserve the original beauty of the material and design an ergonomically comfortable leisure chair.
- Research
- The stool surface of arc, with the circular stainless steel tube handrail echo each other, cooperate the winding of cloth art, it is to make Chinese style element have a perfect embodiment in this furniture. A complete set of furniture uses Brazilian rosewood, stainless steel tube, thick linen strip to undertake combinatorial design, the three materials are quickly spliced, and the curve of the seat is naturally curved. It is the second innovation to new Chinese style furniture.
- Inspiration
- The design was inspired by the beauty of the original wood. By combining the traditional Chinese furniture, making full use of the advantages and characteristics of the material itself, the design of this group was completed by using the classical wood treatment method combined with the tenon structure, like puzzles, quickly mix with the assembled three materials. We wanted to create an emotional chair, after working, I believe that this casual seating can make you relaxed.
- Project Duration
- The design project began in January 2019 in Shenyang, was completed in June 2019, and was exhibited in the art museum of Shenyang Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in June 2019.
- Operation Flow
- The overall framework is all made ofsolid wood from the log cuttingto the production completed, and then decorated withmetal line, strong and beautiful. Sitting on a chair, the arms can be crossed on the ring shaped handrails, the seat back fits the back shape of a person, which can help people to make a correct sitting posture, the legs can be placed on the pedals, which is suitable for entertainment, reading and other activities.
