About Forging Tebur na Ofis, Kujerar Ofis

Forging kayan daki ne na ofisoshi da dakunan karatu, wanda ya kunshi tebur na aiki tare da kujera mai dacewa da shi. Babban kayan da aka yi amfani da shi shi ne itacen elm, sannan farfelen baƙin ƙarfe da aka lanƙwasa suna samar da tsarin tallafi. Ana naɗe farfelen baƙin ƙarfe kuma a daure su a ƙarƙashin tebur da kujerar, inda aka sassaka itacen domin ya dace da rami na haɗi. Tsarin geometric na alwatika yana baiwa firam ƙarfi da kaurin jimiri. Bayan kujerar da wurin zama an yi su da itacen elm kuma suna bin siffar jikin mutum. Unique Properties: Forging furniture includes a work desk and a matching chair. The main material is elm wood, with bent iron plates as the supporting structure. The entire design uses wood and iron plates as the medium to create a strong industrial style. The design of straight lines and bends gives people a sense of perseverance and reliability.
Dimensions & Packaging: The structure of the bottom of the seat is consistent with the structure of the supporting table. Use wood to fit the shape of the grooves at the bottom of the table and chair. Then the iron plate is fixed at the bottom of the table and chair by folding the plate, so that sopport the whole thing. The combination of elm wood creates a unique industrial style for the seat.

Production Technology: Forging office furniture is designed for a variety of uses, including office, study, and life. It is designed to fit people sitting postures and habits, it is also suitable for a variety of using environment. The support structure of the whole furture uses iron plate bending technology. The back and seat of the chair are made of elm wood.
Design Challenge: The correct calculation of the weight that a metal bend can withstand is the biggest challenge in the design.
Research: The furniture includes a work desk and a matching chair. The main material is elm wood, with bent iron plates as the supporting structure. The entire design uses wood and iron plates as the medium to create a strong industrial style. The design of straight lines and bends gives people a sense of perseverance and reliability.
Inspiration: This design consists of a metal plate folded structure and the triangular frame structure. Build up the overall structure and the formation of load-bearing strength and toughness by the principle of triangulation and the metal frame of the flap. Make full use of the flaps and the angle of the metal after bending the link to support, and combine American style furniture to create personalized and stylized design.
Project Duration: The design project began in January 2018 in Shenyang, was completed in June 2018, and was exhibited in the art museum of Shenyang Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in June 2018.
Operation Flow: The set of furniture is designed for various purposes, such as office, study, and life. To fit people sitting posture and writing habits, it is suitable for a variety of sitting postures, sitting on a chair with their feet down, and the seat back fits the shape of the person back, The height of the table needs the consideration of human body engineering, which is suitable for entertainment, reading and other activities.
