About Run Science Park Wurin Kimiyya

Wurin Kimiyya na Run wani gidan kimiyya da fasaha ne da ke Guangzhou. Ginin ya mamaye fadin murabba'in mita 120000 kuma ya hada da wuraren ofis, wuraren nune-nune da wuraren amfani masu sassauci. Kashi saba'in da biyar cikin dari na sararin samaniyar ana amfani da su don ofisoshi, kashi biyar cikin dari don amfani mai sassauci, kashi biyar cikin dari don nune-nune kuma kashi goma sha biyar cikin dari don amfani gauraye. An dago ginin sama daga kasa kuma yana amfani da siffofi masu hadewa da sauyawa. Wani filin da aka nutsar yana kawo hasken rana zuwa matakan kasa. Gilashi, faranti na aluminum da fenti sun kafa fuskar ginin. Zayyanawar ta kirkiro al'umma mai bude baki kuma mai hadewa tare.

Unique Properties: Open to a multi-functional platform for communication and sharing, Run Science Park acts as a complex of office, intelligence design, as well as work and life balance. A platform for sharing, technology information exchange, flowing of ideas on creativity and ecology helps to demonstrate the verticality and focus of the cities.And the design created an unique form with unique characteristics such as lifting structure off the ground, interlocking and shifting forms.

Production Technology: Materials: glass, aluminum panel, paint.
Design Challenge: There were several challenges throughout the project, to establish versatile office area, to add vitality to public spaces in the industrial park, to create ecosystem, to make a sharing open and semi-open space.
Research: Run Science Park utilized surrounding industrial resources and infrastructures of Guangzhou Science City to establish the China Resources Land Industrial Cluster.
Dedicated to technical development in the field of internet industry, animation industry, and smart architecture the park encourages co working in enterprise, production, research and development to obtain results.
Under the concept of combination of nature ecosystem and scientific development, green smart architecture is established .
Inspiration: To differentiate from traditional industrial parks with low connectivity
and to fulfill future requirements Run Science Park will have three distinctive functions, space for various exhibitions, office, and flexible usages. Through the reinterpretation of traditional industrial parks, the open working space, informal conference area and internal facilities together create a sharing community with multi functionality and high connectivity.
Project Duration: The project started in October 2017 and finished in January 2020
Operation Flow: To satisfy various uses in the future, the design allocated 75 percent of the area for office, 5 percent flexible space, 5 percent exhibition space, 15 percent complex space.
And another consideration of the project was its relationship with the city and the industrial complex.The sunken plaza provides spatial experience on various levels so that the sufficient amount of sunlight can reach underground. The building facade reflects one of key design ideas, the combination of technology and ecosystem.
