נוף בגודל מיניאטורי היא סדרת צילום המציגה סצנות טבע קטנות כאילו היו עולמות עצומים. עשבים, טחבים, פרחים וצמחים אחרים הצומחים לרגלי עוברי אורח הופכים לזירת ההתרחשות. דמות גמד בגובה אינץ' אחד נודדת בכל סצנה, וכל מראה מורכב כאילו נראה דרך עיניו של אותו גמד. התמונות נוצרות באמצעות עדשת מאקרו רחבה, ערימת פוקוס (focus stacking) לעומק שדה מלא, ופרספקטיבה ליניארית, פרספקטיבת הסתרה ופרספקטיבה אווירית. המטרה היא להעלות זיכרונות מהעולמות המדומיינים של הילדות ולעודד דאגה לטבע.

- Photographer Katsuhiro Ohkuchi's works that takes recreate photos by small dwarf's eyes incorporate of wide macro lens, deep focus by focus stacking, linear perspective, occlusive perspective, aerial perspective and deja vu effect. Those are important elements that humans perceive size. He came up with this photography technique ten years ago, and he is still studying it.

- Photographer Katsuhiro Ohkuchi was trying to find impressive landscapes that anybody have never seen when he was a student.
One day, he remembered the imaginary world of his childhood that a very small dwarf adventure in the park. He thought Landscapes that he was looking for are already exists close people. He thought take photos a world by small dwarf's eyes at the same time.

- Please remember the imaginary world of childhood that adults have forgotten. He hopes people become conscious of a beautiful small world are spread at feet, and be more kind to nature even just a little. He is sure that no one will throw trash on the world after seeing his work.
