Vanke Yantai Chang An prodajni je centar za nekretnine smješten u gradu Yantaiju, u okrugu Laishan. Interijer se prostire na 2368 četvornih metara i uključuje prostran predvorje s visokim stropom. Tema dizajna nadahnuta je elitnim načinom života opisanim u romanu "U potrazi za izgubljenim vremenom" te u filmu "Veliki Gatsby". Crni i bijeli tonovi kombinirani su sa suvremenim lusterom kako bi prostoru dali elegantan karakter. Umjetničke instalacije, poput skulpture fotoaparata, usklađene su s odabranom temom i rasporedom namještaja.

- Unique Properties
- This is a sales center located in Yantai city, this project has a really spacious lobby, and high ceiling which is just right for the design inspiration theme. The "Gatsby style" stated that the designer is demonstrating a luxury life style in this space and the art installations such as the camera statue also corresponded to the design theme and furniture settings.

- Research started with the elite life style described in the noble "A la recherche du temps perdu", developed based on the movie " The Great Gatsby".
- Inspiration
- Starting point of the inspiration is the market position and specific location of the project. The space itself needs to satisfy and reflect lifestyle for elites. To show the character the designer chose a very iconic style which could refer back the the noble by Marcel Proust, "A la recherche du temps perdu", and the movie "The Great Gatsby". Black and white together with the contemporary chandelier illuminated the elegancy of the whole space.
