Jiangmen Gemdale Mingyue prodajni je centar smješten u gradu Jiangmenu u pokrajini Guangdong u Kini. Interijer se prostire na 600 četvornih metara i posjetiteljima predstavlja građevinske planove novih zgrada, gdje mogu upoznati voditelje prodaje i kupiti dom na licu mjesta. Linije i kristalni elementi kombiniraju se kako bi se stvorila skladna prostorna vizija. Funkcionalne zone nemaju jasne granice te su uredno raspoređene po prostoru. Ptičji raj glavna je tema, spajajući prirodne elemente s lokalnom kulturom. Materijali uključuju bijeli i crema Pinta kamen, tamnosivi kamen boje dvorca te brončani nehrđajući čelik.

Unique Properties: Designers use the elements of lines and crystal in the interior design to create a harmonious and complementary spatial vision. There is no obvious boundary between the functional areas and various areas are scattered in space in order. As the main theme of the space, the design element, “Bird Paradise” integrates the natural elements with local culture and create a space which fits in with modern aesthetics.

Production Technology: This project uses special materials such as white and crema Pinta stone, castle grey stone and bronze stainless steel.
Design Challenge: It is important for designers to have an overall understanding of the local culture before initiating the design. Designers spent a large amount of time to study the culture and characteristics inJiangmen City.
Research: The project makes research of how to express the integration among art, nature and urban humanity in the perspective of design and finally presents the new lifestyle of contemporary China.
Inspiration: The project is located in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, where is the hometown of overseas Chinese. Also, designers integrate the exotic customs of Jiangmen Diaolou with the local culture as well as the Western architectural aesthetics and traditional Chinese culture.
Project Duration: The project is located in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, China. It takes about three months to finish the construction.
Operation Flow: The sales office is designed for helping customers to know better and deeper about the newly constructed buildings and houses. They will see the overall construction plan of the buildings here and can get in touch with sales managers if they have any questions and can make the purchase of houses here.
