About Thidamoon Hotel

Amami Oshima, također poznat kao Otok bogova, ima riječ "Neriyakanaya" koja znači "raj s one strane mora". Unique Properties: A room where you can see the huge rock "Tategami", which has been worshiped as a place where gods stop by before landing on the island from the sea, and has been an object of worship.

Production Technology: The interior of the guest room is made using sea sand and coral collected from the sea of Amami Oshima.
Design Challenge: Because it is a small remote island in Kagoshima Prefecture, it was difficult to arrange building materials and craftsmen. For that reason, many craftsmen asked for support from the mainland.
Inspiration: Amami Oshima, also known as the Island of the Gods, has the word "Neriyakanaya," which means "a paradise beyond the sea."
