O dizajnu Shanghai New Bund Mansion Doživljajni centar

Shanghai New Bund Mansion doživljajni je centar smješten u stambenoj četvrti niske gustoće uz rijeku Huangpu. Interijer se prostire na 1200 četvornih metara i podijeljen je u dvije zone. Južna strana obuhvaća recepcijske i izložbene prostore nadahnute tihim luksuzom hotela u šangajskom stilu. Sjeverna strana slijedi koncept vanjskog vrta i obuhvaća četiri ogledne prostorije. Zelena baršunasta zavjesa, lučni kameni zid, crni recepcijski pult i zrcalni strop oblikuju rutu kretanja posjetitelja. Dizajn prilagođava ograničenu poslovnu zgradu u otvoren i privlačan prostor.

Jedinstvena svojstva: The interior design focused on crafting the Shanghai-style art experience center with an overarching design strategy, facilitating future projects developments with heritage, depth, and "inherent sophistication," ensuring this project distinguishes itself amidst other luxury residences in the region, offering unique, memorable qualities.
Dimenzije i pakiranje: With an area of 1200 square meters, the layout is divided into two primary zones: the south side is dedicated to reception and display areas, designed to evoke the quiet luxury of a Shanghai-style hotel, while the north side features an outdoor garden concept. This area encloses four model rooms, immersing visitors in a vibrant courtyard setting.

Proizvodna tehnologija: The tour begins in the elevator hall, enveloped by a luxurious green velvet curtain. Upon entering the south side, visitors are greeted by a sophisticated welcome area featuring an elegant arc-shaped stone wall, a sleek black reception desk, and twinkling starry lights. The ground is inlaid with guiding signs that direct the flow of guests, while a mirrored ceiling enhances the space, creating an illusion of height in the dimly lit environment.
Dizajnerski izazov: One of the challenges was adapting the functional space of the experience center to an office building environment. Office buildings are often enclosed spaces with core-centered layouts, limited floor heights, and restricted floor area and depth, which contrasts with the open and inviting atmosphere required for the experience center. Through various interior design strategies, the designer resolved this conflict.
Istraživanje: The elevator hall serves as a transitional link, balancing the flow of movement and anchoring the space with visual focal points at both ends of the corridor. The ceiling design, in particular, showcases innovative solutions to spatial limitations, making this project a prime example of adaptive design within a constrained environment.
Inspiracija: Guided by the theme of time, the designer incorporated classic elements reminiscent of Old Shanghai, reinterpreting them with a modern sense of fashion and architectural refinement. This approach allows the space to serve as a "translation of local culture," blending traditional Shanghai charm with contemporary design.
Trajanje projekta: Located in a new luxury residential area along the Huangpu River, the development stands as one of Shanghai's few exclusive low-density neighborhoods. It harmoniously blends ecology, parks, waterfront living, and commerce, embodying the quintessential Shanghai style.
Tijek rada: Moving through the space is like walking through a cinematic experience, engaging with friendly scaled architectural and spatial elements, and revealing a future lifestyle rooted in Shanghai’s heritage.
