Proizvodna tehnologija: He used Blender for organic modeling and paired Cinema 4D with Redshift to create stunning 3D wafer images. Every texture was crafted from scratch using procedural techniques, resulting in a unique and authentic look that captures the essence of real wafers. Final adjustments to color, contrast, and brightness were made in Photoshop, enhancing the overall appeal. This approach showcases his true skill and artistry in every detail.
Dizajnerski izazov: The main challenge of this project was to capture the complexities of the wafer textures and the creaminess of the filling. Achieving depth, lightness, texture, and mouthwatering appeal is difficult, and creating a hyper-realistic cake requires skill. Many hours were spent fine-tuning the texture’s displacement parameters. Close-up camera positioning was crucial for capturing subtle details and highlighting the wafer’s delicious features, elevating the final render's quality.
Istraživanje: For this project, he used the physical product as a reference and a magnifying glass for analysis, allowing him to translate intricate features into 3D software with procedural textures. Crafted from mathematical calculations, these textures create smooth or rough, opaque or translucent surfaces. This process enhances realism and allows experimentation, ensuring each detail contributes to the overall aesthetic. The result is a captivating 3D representation that showcases his vision.

Unlike traditional photoshoots, where chocolate icing may melt and ruin the presentation, 3D software guarantees flawless representation without real-world constraints.
