O dizajnu Velaria Dizajn interijera stambenog prostora

Velaria je privatna rezidencija na dvije etaže u Penangu, u Maleziji, s izgrađenom površinom od 4800 četvornih stopa. Zone otvorenog tlocrta povezuju salon za zabavu, bar i blagovaonicu, dok glavni apartman služi kao privatno utočište. Talijanski mramor, orahovo drvo i mjed stvaraju toplinu i eleganciju. Središnji bar okuplja društvena druženja, a pogledi prema bazenu doprinose mirnoj atmosferi nalik hotelskoj. Korišteni su stolarski radovi po mjeri, namještaj izrađen po narudžbi i integrirani sustavi rasvjete. Lebdeće stubište s rasvjetom na senzor pokreta povezuje dvije razine.

Rich materials like Italian marble, walnut, and brass create warmth and elegance. A central bar anchors social life, while views to the pool and curated art enhance a hotel like ambiance with seamless transitions between spaces.

Proizvodna tehnologija: The project was realized using a combination of custom millwork, marble cladding, bespoke furniture, and integrated lighting systems. Advanced carpentry detailing and precision marble installation were employed to ensure visual alignment and harmony across surfaces.
Dizajnerski izazov: The biggest challenge was integrating luxury aesthetics without compromising spatial warmth. Ceiling heights and beam placements required creative detailing to maintain proportions. Custom furniture was developed to meet exact fit and flow across zones.
Istraživanje: Research involved case studies of luxury villas, boutique hotels, and homeowner lifestyle preferences. Feng Shui consultancy was conducted to optimize flow and room arrangement. Material research focused on acoustic control, tactile textures, and humidity resilience.
Inspiracija: Inspired by the concept of sanctuary living, the design reflects a desire for a luxurious retreat that feels like home. It draws from Malaysia's tropical context with soft lighting, natural textures, and open flow. Influenced by modern lounges and feng shui, the layout offers visual connection and harmony. European interior palettes inspired the rich materials, aiming for a timeless and elegant space.
Trajanje projekta: Design development spanned 2 months, followed by a 12-month construction timeline. The project is located in Penang, Malaysia.
Tijek rada: The layout allows fluid movement between the entertainment lounge, bar, and dining zones. Residents interact intuitively with the space through open sightlines, soft seating transitions, and layered lighting scenes. The master bedroom is designed for retreat, while the public areas encourage gathering and celebration.
