Eternal Center je dizajn stambenog interijera smješten u Hangzhouu, u Kini. Projekt koristi povišenu platformu, nazvanu Plutajući otok, kako bi optimizirao prostor unutar guste urbane jezgre. Podizanjem stambenog prostora stvaraju se otvorenost, privatnost i široki pogledi. Lokalne kulturne reference kombinirane su sa zapadnjačkim dekorativnim elementima u smirenom, modernom pristupu. Integrirani sustavi upravljaju dovodom svježeg zraka, vlažnošću, filtracijom zraka i zvučnom izolacijom. Sustav pametnog doma omogućuje kontrolu temperature, vlažnosti i kvalitete zraka. Interijer se prostire na 472 četvorna metra.

Dizajnerski izazov: The key challenge was creating a high end residence in Hangzhou's dense urban core while preserving views, privacy, and superior living standards. This required innovative architectural strategies and advanced system integration, including the "Floating Island" platform and six constant system. Strict regulations, scarce land resources, and technical constraints were resolved through integrated architectural and technological solutions.

Data was collected through architectural and environmental simulations, leading to innovations like the six constant living system and the Floating Island concept.
