Estetski sadržaj je dizajn enterijera stambenog apartmana. Projekt koristi titanski metal i kamen kao glavne materijale kako bi definirao kvalitetu prostora. Vizualna os pomaknuta je prema dnevnom boravku, gdje stilizirani stropni okvir s titanskim rubom stvara više slojeva dubine. U javnom prostoru, obloge s titanskim slojem kombinirane su s trodimenzionalnim geometrijskim uzorcima. Suvišni elementi su uklonjeni, a dodano je tek nekoliko suvremenih detalja.
