Production Technology

At the beginning of the design, we conducted brainstorming, mind mapping, scene interviews, etc. In the realization part of the project, we used Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Experience Design.

Design Challenge

The biggest challenge is how to impress users a better experience of this project. We should know that this project involves many partners, such as village committees, express service providers, charities, wide purchasers, mobile operators, etc., so it is difficult to balance the relationship between users and partners, hinders the provision of services for users. After formulating the design and operation strategy, it is necessary to practice and explore continuously and try and make mistakes repeatedly, so as to achieve a good user experience.

Research

Use User-Centered Design, extract relevant design requirements through Depth Interview with target users, and integrate detailed user interview worksheets about users’ concerns about food quality, factors affecting users’ growth, personal preferences, perceptions, living conditions, planning, design inspiration, etc. In the requirements analysis stage, the process model, work activity affinity graph, and hierarchical task lists were constructed, so that the process framework and task interaction model could be established as the basis of conceptual design. In addition, the user experience measurement method of heuristic evaluation was adopted, and the design was adjusted and optimized according to the evaluation results.

Inspiration

In China, the urban idle land accounts for a large proportion, and the loss of rural population is serious. Therefore, speeding up the construction of intelligent agriculture has been put on the agenda. Urban users have a strong demand for agricultural products as well as the rural tourism experience, so how to better meet these needs of urban users has become a new direction of rural e-commerce development.

Project Duration

The project started in December 2019 and finished in September 2020 in Shenzhen.
