About Hsr048/Hsr050/Hsr060 Robo Endistriyèl

HSR048, HSR050 ak HSR060 se robo endistriyèl orizontal ki gen plizyè jwenti, yo rele yo tou robo Scara. Chak robo gen yon men nan pwent bra a, kidonk machin nan ka adapte pou anpil travay epi li sipòte otomatizasyon ak ekonomi mendèv nan izin pwodiksyon yo. Bra yo soti nan yon baz ki estab epi yo vin pi mens nan direksyon pwent lan, sa ki diminye pwa ak inèsi epi ki pèmèt mouvman rapid ki estab. Fòm òganik la fè sonje kò moun epi li fè mouvman rapid yo parèt mwens entimidan pou travayè yo sou liy pwodiksyon an. Kò konpak la ede diminye gwosè ekipman an.

Production Technology
Since we thought that the influence of inertia could be suppressed by reducing the weight of the tip, we adopted an arm that was powerfully extended from a stable base and became more delicate toward the tip. As a result, stable high-speed operation and design innovation were realized.
In addition, the entire product was constructed with an organic design that resembles the human body so that high-speed operation does not give a sense of intimidation or anxiety to workers working on the production line.
Design Challenge
The aim was to create the fastest SCARA robot. Initially, however, the expectations of the designer were only to renovate the appearance of the predecessor. I felt that the previous model's structure did not embody the fastest spec, so I proposed an ideal form of the SCARA robot including a renovation of the whole structure first.
Research
We researched most of SCARA robots in the world through internet and world wide robot exhibitions. Then we realized that we have to change every legacy structure to make robot faster.
Inspiration
Conceived from the structure of the human body, "tension" and "contraction" provide its external form. The lifelike soft exterior removes the sense of intimidation during high-speed movement.
Project Duration
This project is started from 2014. The robot is already on sale and still produced.
Operation Flow
This product is settled in a factory, and programed their jobs and works for whole day.
