- The initial idea of a window cleaning robot was born when Mr. Chao(George) was exhausted by the chores of cleaning the windows. He not only has the vision and enthusiasm to make people’s lives better but also the capability to put the idea into practice.
In 2010, the world’s first window cleaning robot was born, this is the predecessor of Hobot388. HOBOT team takes the inspiration from chores, integrating biotechnology, electronics engineering, and mechanical design to make Hobot388. - Նախագծի տևողություն
- This project started in 2018 in Taiwan and exhibited at IFA Berlin in 2019, and was launched in December 2019.

- Hobot388 is easy to set up, just wrap the cleaning rings with the cleaning cloth, then attach it to the device, finally press the quick-start button, and place it on the window to get it to work.
When attached to the window surface, Hobot388 will climb up on until detecting the top of the window frame, then perform auto-clean in rotating and zigzag way from top to bottom.
