About Track Set Peralatan Makan

Track adalah set peralatan makan keramik yang mencakup piring, cangkir, dan wadah bunga. Bentuknya sederhana dengan warna-warna yang cerah. Permukaan putih melengkung di setiap bagiannya seperti es dan salju yang meluncur, sementara struktur yang naik turun membuat garis luarnya terlihat lebih jelas. Set ini diproduksi dengan teknik pencetakan cetakan keramik dan dibakar hingga suhu 1250 derajat Celsius. Bentuk-bentuk yang mudah berubah ditopang dengan alumina selama pembakaran bersuhu tinggi, kemudian diglasir dan dibakar kembali. Desainnya tetap tenang dan bersahaja, sehingga makanan tetap menjadi pusat perhatian di meja makan.

Unique Properties: This set of utensils includes plates, water cups, flower utensils, etc. They have a simple shape, bright colors. The white trajectory is like ice and snow sliding, and the outline is more clearly depicted as the structure rises and falls.
Dimensions & Packaging: Cup #1: 75*75*90mm, Cup#2: 85*85*70mm, Floral vessel#1: 80*60*280mm, Floral vessel#2: 80*120*180mm, Plate#1: 290*140*18mm, Plate#2: 180*180*20mm.

Production Technology: The work is made of ceramic mould casting technique. Fired to 1250℃.
Design Challenge: The main difficulty in the development of the project was the deformation of the ceramic material. In solving this, I used a high temperature firing and low temperature glaze firing method for extremely deformable forms. The pieces are brazed with alumina during the high temperature firing process and then glazed for a third firing after shaping.
Research: Type of research: applied research, Research Objectives: tableware, Methodology: computer-aided design, Data collection: market research and questionnaires, Experiment: perception of the use of the piece, Results: the design in its shape makes the consumer more eager to buy and the meal experience becomes relaxed and enjoyable.
Inspiration: Dining times are often warm and beautiful, and a pleasant set of tableware can make the real thing more delicious. Tableware is the coat of food, so tableware design should not be noisy, but should be quiet and modest.
Project Duration: Started in June 2022 and finished in August.
Operation Flow: The work serves everyday life and is an expression of refined living and joie de vivre.
