Ban petualangan semakin populer akhir-akhir ini, namun ban tersebut hanya dapat dibuang dan tidak dapat digunakan kembali. Ban sepeda motor Maxxventure MT Adventure menghadirkan estetika baru dengan desain ulir sobek berbentuk kubik. Pada model ini, jarak tempuh roda depan dua kali lipat dibandingkan roda belakang. Roda depan bekas dapat dipasang sebagai ban trailer, dan masih dapat melaju sejauh 5.000 km. Selain itu, ban tipe adventure memiliki kapasitas angkut yang lebih banyak. Ban sepeda motor reusable ini mengusung konsep baru dalam penggunaan ramah lingkungan.

- Adventure tires with cubic design tore thread.By this design, the service mileage of front wheel extend to twice of the rear wheel.That makes the used front wheel can be installed as trailer tires, expect to drive for extra 5000km. Furthermore loading capacity than other trailer tire.

- Aside from recent adventure tire, new cube design tore thread and sleeve wire twinning technic enhance performance and stability.The design aspect from co-utility, reuse the tire which is about to dispose, extend life span of tire and provide better loading capacity.
- Design Challenge
- Previous adventure tire design is not sufficient with cushion due to the stiffness of steel wire.
The development need to engage new technic of steel wire twining to have better connection of metal sleeve and rubber surface, which improves thorough comfort. And the tore thread is beneficial to keep tire from cracking during driving. - Research
- The goal of Adventure tires is to become re-useable tire, a ECO friendly option.
