Car Oxygen Concentrator adalah konsentrator oksigen portabel yang dirancang untuk perjalanan di dataran tinggi dan berkendara jarak jauh. Bodinya yang ringkas mampu menghasilkan oksigen dengan konsentrasi hingga 93 persen dalam waktu satu menit, dengan sembilan tingkat yang dapat disesuaikan mulai dari 30 persen ke atas. Layar tampilan menunjukkan konsentrasi oksigen dan laju aliran. Perangkat ini dapat digunakan baik dengan soket kendaraan 12V maupun stopkontak rumah tangga 220V dan mendeteksi sumber daya secara otomatis. Selubungnya terbuat dari ABS yang dapat didaur ulang berwarna abu-abu tua dengan sentuhan akhir piano lacquer. Tepian membulat dan struktur modular memudahkan penggunaan serta perawatan.

Unique Properties: The oxygen concentrator is designed to be a reliable companion for high altitude journeys and long distance driving. It packs high performance oxygen concentration functions into a compact body, delivering oxygen at concentrations of up to 93 percent within one minute, thus offering reliable oxygen therapy within the limited incar space. It is compatible with 220V household power outlets and 12V vehicle power outlets for efficient plug and play oxygen delivery.

Production Technology: Rounded edges downplay its medical device identity. The primary deep gray color, accented with a piano lacquer finish, delivers a minimalist, high tech yet approachable look, perfectly complementing automotive interiors.
Its main body is made of high strength, recyclable ABS material and features a modular design, facilitating maintenance and upgrades and extending lifespan.
Design Challenge: The challenge is to seamlessly integrate the oxygen concentrator into vehicles. Equipped with a high performance AI chip, the device continuously monitors environments and the breathing rate of users and automatically optimizes oxygen concentration parameters to ensure precise oxygen delivery in environments of different altitudes and temperatures. Its flat rectangular form, low center of gravity, and internal shock absorbing structures perfectly adapt to confined incar spaces and rugged roads.
Research: During high altitude journeys and long distance drives, traditional oxygen concentrators are often bulky and unstable in output. In response, combining efficient oxygen delivery and smart adjustment system, the oxygen concentrator achieves precise, stable oxygen output. Built with a lightweight, space efficient design, the device seamlessly integrates into the vehicle interior as an oxygen bar without compromising performance, ensuring safety and comfort on every trip.
Inspiration: High altitude journeys and long hours of driving in enclosed cabins can easily lead to oxygen deficiency, causing fatigue and reduced concentration. Traditional oxygen concentrators are often bulky, noisy, and unstable in output. The device integrates a compact, intelligent, and efficient oxygen supply system with low noise operation, overcoming the limitations of invehicle oxygen delivery and offering a more convenient, reliable, and comfortable oxygen therapy experience on the road.
Project Duration: The project was initiated in August 2021 and launched in April 2022.
Operation Flow: Compatible with both 12V auxiliary power outlets and 220V household power outlets, it automatically detects the power source and adjusts output accordingly to ensure stable, efficient oxygen delivery for both travel and home use.
It supports adjustable 9 oxygen concentration levels from 30 percent to 93 percent. Realtime display of oxygen concentration, flow rate, and other key parameters allows users to monitor incabin oxygen levels and make timely adjustments.
