Teknụzụ Mmepụta
This design was developed using parametric modeling to create flowing forms. Arched glass components are meticulously crafted with thermal techniques to produce even and polished surfaces. The tripod metal frame maintains structural integrity and equilibrium. Rotating connectors provide complete control over the direction of illumination. The piece integrates flexible construction, sculptural expression, and eco-friendly materials, offering both functional utility and visual refinement.
Ịma Aka Imepụta
The main challenge was to replicate the delicate movement and gentle glow of jellyfish within a modular, eco-friendly glass lighting system. Achieving a balance between structural stability, user adjustability, and even light distribution required precise design of the forms, connection points, and materials to deliver a combination of organic beauty and practical functionality.
Nchọpụta
This study explores the form, fluid motion, and light transmission of the translucent jellyfish body. Insights from these natural structures led to the design of a lighting system with an organic form and configurable framework, enabling multi-functional use and spatial optimization. Integrated illumination recreates a sense of natural rhythm and tranquility within the environment.
Mkpali
This illuminated piece is inspired by the fluid motion and mysterious glow of jellyfish in the depths of the ocean. Curved glass forms reflect their drifting movement, creating a sense of rhythm and serenity. Soft radiance generates a calming atmosphere. The blue version evokes their organic habitat, while pink conveys delicacy and feminine elegance. The design creates a striking visual centerpiece in interior spaces. Its purpose is to generate an ambiance that brings the beauty of nature and a sense of balance and tranquility to the surroundings
