About Mindelo Einbýlishús
Innblásturinn kom frá þörfum og óskum viðskiptavinarins, staðsetningunni rétt við ströndina og uppáhalds lífsstílnum. Úr gamalli byggingu frá níunda áratugnum fæddist nýtt hús. Að fullu endurbyggt, uppfært og nútímavætt, gekk húsið í gegnum heildarendurnýjun bæði að utan og innan í nútímalegum stíl sem ber virðingu fyrir aldri og eðli hússins og sækir þangað innblástur. Endurnýjunin umbreytti 40 ára gömlu húsi í nútímalegt en klassískt strandhús með öllum þægindum nútímans.

- Project Duration
- 2 years. Mindelo, Vila do Conde, Northern Portugal

- This rehabilitation is impressive because it transformed a 40 year-old house into a modern though classical beach house with all the comforts of modern life.
