About Shanghai Yuemao Mansion モデルルームのインテリアデザイン
上海悦茂邸宅は、上海市嘉定区の住宅開発プロジェクトのために設計されたモデルルームです。住戸はコンパクトで、主要な間取りは約80〜90平方メートルとなっています。デザインの着想は、建物に用いられている樹脂製サンプレートから得られました。線的な要素を反復させ、手法を簡潔にすることで、限られた空間に調和させています。動線スペースは機能的な各室に統合され、これにより有効面積が拡大されています。素材には、無地の壁紙、サンボード、金属象嵌、グレーのタイル、ベージュの大理石が用いられています。

- Unique Properties
- PK Proferties Shanghai Yuemao Mansion is located in Juyuan new district, Jiading District, Shanghai. The sample room of the project is small in size. The main room type is around 80-90 square meters, to interpret the standards of the metropolis elite.

- Design Challenge
- The optimization of House type is the most important work of the designer. After careful consideration, the interior design avoids the drawbacks of the original building, omits all traffic area, integrates it into the interior functional space, and expands the use area.
- Research
- The inspiration for the design came from the building's material, the Resin Sun Plate. In the design as far as possible the linear element reuse, simplifies the technique, the material in the small space. Preserve the original dimensions and sense of space.
- Inspiration
- In the design of the passageway, the designer to metaphorical visual expression, the street lane of the city shade and Ancient Wood Jiagao "moved into" indoor.
