About Jiangmen Gemdale Mingyue 販売センター
江門金地明悦は、中国広東省江門市に位置する販売センターです。インテリアは600平方メートルの広さを有し、新築建築の計画を来場者に紹介するとともに、来場者は営業担当者と面談し、その場で住宅を購入することができます。ラインとクリスタルの要素を組み合わせることで、調和のとれた空間的ビジョンを生み出しています。各機能エリアには明確な境界がなく、空間全体に秩序立てて配置されています。「バードパラダイス（小鳥の楽園）」を主題とし、自然の要素と地域文化を融合させました。素材にはホワイトおよびクレママピンタストーン、キャッスルグレーストーン、ブロンズ調ステンレススチールを使用しています。

- Unique Properties
- Designers use the elements of lines and crystal in the interior design to create a harmonious and complementary spatial vision. There is no obvious boundary between the functional areas and various areas are scattered in space in order. As the main theme of the space, the design element, “Bird Paradise” integrates the natural elements with local culture and create a space which fits in with modern aesthetics.

- The project is located in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, where is the hometown of overseas Chinese. Also, designers integrate the exotic customs of Jiangmen Diaolou with the local culture as well as the Western architectural aesthetics and traditional Chinese culture.

- The project is located in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, China. It takes about three months to finish the construction.
- Operation Flow
- The sales office is designed for helping customers to know better and deeper about the newly constructed buildings and houses. They will see the overall construction plan of the buildings here and can get in touch with sales managers if they have any questions and can make the purchase of houses here.
