About Binhai Second Sub 検眼センター
浜海セカンドサブは、天津にある検眼センターです。インテリアは373平方メートルにわたり、医療、リテール、アートの要素を融合させています。ファサードはシンプルな造形でありながら、ダイナミックな色彩の変化を見せます。簡潔なアーチが内部のレイアウトと一体化し、空間を形づくっています。明快な動線計画により、限られた面積を最大限に活用しています。2階には検査センターが設けられ、スパン構造のデザインが静謐で開放的な雰囲気を生み出しています。素材には木材、メタル天井、グリーンの植栽、通電型ナノメートルガラス、オーダーメイドのレザーソファが用いられています。

The second sub center of Binhai New Area takes professional medical technology and attentive service to customers as the core, and optimizes its functions according to local conditions, fully reflecting the simplicity and comfort. - Project Duration
- The project started in March 2021 in Tianjin and finished in December 2021 in Tianjin.
- Operation Flow
- Communicate design elements with the client for many times, constantly revise the design, and finally finalize the existing design.After the design is determined, it also needs to carry out floor transformation, communication with the fire department, product production, on-site decoration, soft outfit selection and so on.
