About Red Gladiolus ナッツギフトボックス
「レッド・グラジオラス」は、パッケージされたナッツのために設計されたギフトボックスです。松ぼっくりから着想を得た直立する三角形のフォルムを持ち、ブランドロゴとの視覚的なつながり、そして「まっすぐ力強く育つ」というブランドコンセプトとの結びつきを生み出しています。カラーリングはレッドとローズゴールドで構成され、ベルベットのような質感の紙に施されており、ローズゴールドのディテールはホットスタンプによって加えられています。両側にはラムスキンのバックルが配され、箱を開ける際に使用します。内部には、瓶詰めのナッツがナッツオープナーと説明書とともに収められています。ボックスの寸法は410×410×150ミリメートルです。

- Unique Properties
- This nuts gift box takes traditional Chinese red and rose gold as its colourway, whose packaging design further mixes trendy elements and showcases a cross of tradition and modernity, unpretentiously revealing its choiceness, understand luxury and stylishness. That helps externalize the premium quality of the nuts inside. This gift box is shaped like a sleek pine cone, creating a visual association not only with the brand logo but also with the brand concept of growing strong and straight.

Lambskin buckles - Design Challenge
- The key challenge lay in coming up with a recognizable packaging design that can distinguish the product from its counterparts and enhance brand differentiation. Unlike traditional square or rectangle packaging, this gift box is shaped after the brand logo into an upright triangle to clearly state the brand image for sales growth, along with a symphony of multiple elements spicing up user experience with a sense of understated luxury. This gift box is thus of both practical and emotional values.

- The nuts market size expends prominently with the increasing consumption level of Chinese residents. As for marketing and sales, an aesthetically appealing packaging design can be a direct boost. Another contributing motive lies in quality, as confirmed by the design team through extensive researches on the like products and target consumers. Thus, the quality of the nuts inside has been externalized on the packaging, to attract the attention of consumers and convert mild interest into a sale.
- Inspiration
- The triangular packaging design, inspired by the shape of a pine cone, fully leverages the design languages iconic to luxuries and premium liquor, and further revitalizes traditional elements by integrating modern design techniques, ultimately showing a play of fashion art beyond time and space. By this means, this gift box distinguishes the product from its counterpart as an accessible luxury, and aesthetically draws the attention of target consumers, helping convert their interest into a sale.
- Project Duration
- Guangzhuo, China witnessed the design and development of this nuts gift box, which started in August 2022 and was completed in November 2022. It was then introduced to the Chinese online market in December 2022.
- Operation Flow
- Each side of the triangular gift box is specially designed with a lambskin buckle, adding a little spice to the previously humdrum opening process. After opening the gift box, consumers are able to enjoy a selection of nuts in jars by using the complimentary nut opener while learning more about the product through the manual.
