About Yangpu 販売事務所（セールスオフィス）
洋浦（ヤンプー）は、中国・海南省の洋浦経済開発区に位置する販売事務所である。インテリアの面積は1594平方メートルに及ぶ。自然の要素が設計全体を導いている。緑の植栽を空間の各所に配置することで、緩やかに曲がりくねった動線と、次第に発見していく感覚を生み出した。シンプルな背景により陽光が室内を形づくり、光と影が時間帯ごとに異なる情景を描き出す。プランニングでは、一つのメインエントランスから、住宅購入検討者とゴルフ利用者の動線を分けている。このデザインは、旅するように暮らすライフスタイルを表現している。

- Unique Properties
- Hainan Ancient Yantian Yard On The Sea Sales Office is located in Yangpu Economic Development Zone, Hainan, natural elements are the main design elements of the whole space, and green plants are placed around the space to create a sense of spatial experience of "roundabout". The simple background reflects the natural environment with the change of sunlight at different times, and the light and shadow change into different scenes in the space.

- After a preliminary understanding of the project information provided by the owner, the designer went to the project site to conduct on-site investigation and communicate with the owner, grasp the owner's demands, create a sense of spatial experience of "roundabout", and convey the lifestyle of "travelling and living".
- Inspiration
- The project is inspired by the streamlined topography, meandering water system and natural ecology, and hopes to promote and promote the concept and practice of green habitat design from an international perspective through the award.
- Project Duration
- The project started in September 2023 and is expected to be completed in Hainan in March 2024.
- Operation Flow
- First, understand the general situation of the project, think and solve the key points and difficulties in the design according to the architectural plan provided by the owner, then use the design strategy to derive and analyze the plane, and finally integrate the design concept to complete the design work of the whole project.
