Hopu Series 工具不要の家具用コネクター について
Hopuシリーズは、フラットパック家具向けの工具不要なコネクター一式です。樹脂製コネクターは弾性変形を利用し、加圧時に一時的に形状を変えることで部材同士を接合します。工具を使わずに素早く組み立て・分解ができるため、設置時の使い勝手が向上し、家具の使用寿命も延びます。仕上げ加工を施したメラミン化粧ストライプパーティクルボードを採用することで、ファームハウス風の意匠を実現するとともに生産効率を高め、材料の無駄や有害ガスの排出も削減しています。用途はキャビネット、サイドボード、ベンチ、ペット用トイレボックスなど多岐にわたります。

- By applying the elastic deformation where principal plastic connectors temporarily change shape under pressure, we realize fast, free tool assembly and disassembly, solving the problem of cumbersome furniture installation, upgrading user assembly experience, and prolonging furniture service life.

- The Project Will Start in Shenzhen in January 2024 and Be Completed in Shenzhen in December 2025.
