Anadi: To understand user requirements as regard air purifiers, at the beginning of the design phase, the team surveyed Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hubei and Nanjing, and by way of observation, visits and other methods, analyzed and obtained the requirements of users. In the process of research and development, and design, based on user requirements, the interactive experience was optimized. At the trial production phase, the research team conducted feasibility tests, and observed utilization condition and the difficulties of users, they encountered so as to continually optimize the user experience of Floor one.
Aseḥbiber: Existing hard floor wet/dry cleaners treats the entire floor as if it is the same level of dirt and stain, so often times the hard to clean spots, like dried ketchup and other stains, are impossible to get out. Once cleaning is complete, the really unpleasant part of product maintenance
