The main visual elements feature artful luxury stones, marble, and metal trim, highlighting linear, wave-like, and flowing designs that extend from the public areas to the bedrooms.

- The dining room, open kitchen, and living room form a large, open communal area that, through floor-to-ceiling windows, integrates the skyline, greenery, and urban landscape into the living experience. Dual-layer curtains serve as intermediaries between indoors and outdoors, allowing for adjustable natural light and privacy.
