The project maximizes ventilation and lighting with minimal partitions and large floor-to-ceiling windows. In this way, lighting and air conditioning power consumption can be reduced, thus achieving energy saving and carbon reduction.
In terms of materials, the designer adopts certified green building materials. They are reused, recycled, reduced, and low-polluting and they fulfill the concept of sustainable development.
