The Z Shaped Creation 주거용 건물 소개
Z자 형태의 창조물은 키프로스 파소울라에 위치한 생기후(바이오클라이매틱) 주거 건물이다. 흰색 Z자 형태가 건물의 형태학적 특성을 규정한다. 내부 공간은 흰색 형태의 공동(空洞) 속에 놓인 볼륨들로 배치되었다. 디자인은 미니멀리즘적 접근 방식에 따라 단순한 기하학적 형태를 따르며, 노출 콘크리트와 넓은 목재 표면, 중성적인 흰색을 사용했다. 주택은 지하 1층과 지상 2층으로 구성된 3개 레벨에 걸쳐 230제곱미터 규모다. 지하층은 경사면에 묻혀 있으며 주차 공간을 수용하고 석조 조적으로 시공되었다.

- 고유 특성
- A bioclimatic house in Fasoula, where the creation of a white Z shaped form, characterizes the morphology of the building. The spaces were translated in volumes which created a composition that was placed into the cavities of this white form. The design is moved by simple geometries touching the modern minimalistic trends, which led to the use of exposed concrete, large wooden surfaces and the use of the neutral white color.

- The inspiration that triggered the design of this bioclimatic solar house in Fasoula, Cyprus, was the will to create a white Z shaped form, that was going to characterize the morphology of the building.

- The design started in 2017, and the construction in 2019. The project was completed in 2020.
- 운영 흐름
- A minimalistic three-level house, placed in a slope, with the parking spaces made in the earth, as a basement. This was built with stone masonry, willing to highlight the relationship between the building and the environment and to create a solid morphological base for the development of the design, which is moved by simple geometries touching the modern minimalist trends.
