About Mira

Design Challenge
Iconic chairs designed in the historical process were examined during the design phase of the project. Based on the motto less is more, the product was aimed to have a plain appearance and also easy to produce. During the design phase, many different drawings were made for searching ideal form. While deciding on the form, it was being paid attention to angles that the machine could bend profiles during the production phase.
Research
As the starting point of the project, it was determined as a simple, light-looking product design that would harm natural resources as little as possible. One of the aims of the project is that it will not require too many processes as a production technique. It is designed to be lightweight and disassembled considering the shipment of the product. Users can easily install the product by taking it out of the box. With the linear differences in the form, it is aimed to be remarkable in the place where it is located.
