International Sports and Culture Center 스포츠 문화 센터 소개

국제 스포츠 문화 센터는 스포츠, 문화, 사회 시설을 하나의 부지에 결합한 복합 용도 건물이다. 건물은 오피스 구역, 아레나, 다목적 공간의 세 가지 주요 부분으로 구성된다. 현수 트러스 시스템이 기둥 없는 실내를 구현하여 각 공간을 매우 유연하게 구성할 수 있다. 밀집된 도심 부지에 맞추어 기능들을 수직으로 적층하였다. 전문 경기장에서는 대회와 전시가 열리며, 정원과 러닝 트랙은 여가 공간을 제공하고 시민들 간의 사회적 교류를 촉진한다.

고유 특성: The Center will be the landmark integrating sports, culture and social facilities. It is divided into three main parts: Office, Arena and Multifunctional space. Different venues have different spatial requirements, a column-free space with hanging truss system will provide great flexibility on spatial arrangement. The Center not only will provide professional venues for competitions and exhibitions but also will provide gardens and running track for leisure activities for citizens.

디자인 과제: Client requires designated social activities combined as One Hub in a limited site area. At the same time, sports venue standard should also be met in order to hold professional competitions.
연구: By looking back at the contemporary cultural and sports facility development in Shenzhen, there were two waves in the city’s history. They were in the 1980s and 2000s. With the development of the time, the design of the venues has become larger and the use of functions has become more comprehensive.
영감: Since Shenzhen is the most rapidly urbanized and developed city in China, traditional sports or culture centers with individual functions will not fit this compact urban context. With the site limitation, functions and spaces are vertically stacked up creating a new type of Vertical Sports-Culture Mix. A series of public spaces are blended in to the functional area to encourage social interaction.
