Hexa Plus 화덕(파이어핏) 소개

Hexa Plus는 정원과 야외 공간을 위해 디자인된 화덕이다. 육각형 형태는 불 주위에 모여 앉는 6~10명의 사람들에게 적합하다. 이 디자인은 화로와 조리용 상판, 그리고 두 가지 높이로 설정할 수 있는 그릴을 결합했다. 상판은 균일한 가열과 우수한 열관성을 위해 10mm 강판으로 제작되었다. 지지대가 불 위에 보일러를 받쳐주며, 탱크 측면에 커팅된 로고가 연소에 필요한 공기를 공급한다. 조절 가능한 받침 다리가 제품을 안정적이고 수평으로 유지해 준다. 본체는 레이저 커팅한 판금을 절곡하고 용접한 뒤 정전 도장으로 마감하여 제작되었다.

Hexa Plus has the following features: Adjustable grill on 2 heights; Boiler support; 10 mm thick hob for good thermal inertia; Logo cut laterally on the tank - air supply for combustion; Adjustable feet to adjust the stability and adjust the horizontality of the product.

디자인 과제: The most difficult part was to be able to homogenize all the functions that the Hexa + firepit currently has and to identify the best option, considering functional and aesthetic features and cost optimization.
연구: The vision was to create a multifunctional and practical product. The material from which the product is used restores the resistance of the product over time, the maintenance or rehabilitation of the product being easy, during use. Another advantage is that it is a perfect material for cooking, evenly heating the surface of the grill, hob, etc.
The tub, which is used for campfires or as a heater on cold days or evenings, is a solution to protect green spaces.
영감: The concept of this product was inspired by modern design stealth trends, having as main feature the pronounced edges, which gives the product strength, power and masculinity.
The hexagonal shape was chosen as the optimal surface for a number between 6-10 people who can enjoy socializing around a fire or for the outdoor cooking experience, by the side of multifunctional product.
The design of the grill lid is inspired by the shape of a diamond.
프로젝트 기간: This project started in November 2019 and the final version of this product was launched in the summer of 2020. The design of this product is 100% Romanian and its production was carried out in Cluj County, Romania.
운영 흐름: The grill is designed to prepare food and is made of 3mm sheet metal and steel, guaranteeing a high resistance over time. The grill holder and the tub are also made of 3 mm sheet metal. The grill pan is made of 10 mm steel sheet. The legs of the grill pan are made of 3 mm thick sheet, protected with paint in the electrostatic field.
The components of the grill pan are: Grill; Support grill; Stove; Bowl; Foot; Adjustable foot; Grill lid.
