House in Repino 단독 주택 소개

레피노 하우스는 러시아 레닌그라드주 레피노에 위치한 단독 주택이다. 이 주택의 총면적은 1,000제곱미터에 이른다. 해당 빌라 단지는 모든 주택이 라이트풍 양식을 따라야 한다는 하나의 강력한 규정을 두고 있었다. 본 설계는 이 규정을 수용하면서도 그 양식을 독창적인 방식으로 재해석했다. 주택은 주변 경관 속에 자연스럽게 통합되어 있다. 기존의 수목은 최대한 보존되었으며, 일부 나무는 캐노피를 관통하도록 하여 리듬감을 만들어내고 건축과 자연 사이의 한층 긴밀한 관계를 형성한다. 석재, 목재, 금속이 주요 재료로 사용되었다.

고유 특성: The house with a total area of 1000 sq. m is located in Repino, Leningrad region. The project had one strong stylistic limitation: all the residences in that villa community had to be in a Wright-like style. The result is a completely original project but with consideration of this requirement. The house is well integrated into the landscape. The aim is to preserve as many existing trees as possible; some of them will go through the canopies to create a unique rhythm and better architecture&nature relationship.

디자인 과제: The project had one strong stylistic limitation: all the residences in that villa community had to be in a Wright-like style. This requirement was taken into consideration but interpreted.
영감: The main source of inspiration was the unique natural environment of the region. For the project, the natural materials were chosen: stone characteristic to the local environment, wood, and metal. All of them will change in time for architecture to fuse with the natural environment.
프로젝트 기간: The project has started in 2020 and still in progress. The location is Repino, Leningrad region, Russia.
운영 흐름: The house is planned around the center where is living room placed. To reach other rooms, the user will have to pass by the “main square”, the heart of the house. The rest of the functional program of the house is made of kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms for inhabitants and guests, 2 children’s rooms, changing room, SPA with a swimming pool, hammam and sauna, cabinet, lounge zone.
Every room, including SPA, master bedroom, and children’s rooms, has an access to the individual terraces. The central outdoor lounge zone with a fireplace and a summer kitchen is without a canopy.
On the site, there are a guest block with two guest bedrooms; technical facilities, a garage with the staff facility, and a workshop.
