플로팅 미니멀리스트 포에틱(Floating Minimalist Poetic)은 중국 난창에 위치한 판매·마케팅 센터이다. 디자인은 대지에 자리한 자연 호수에서 착안했다. 미니멀리즘적 해체 기법을 활용해 고요하고 자연스러우며 기술적인 분위기를 조성함으로써, 판매 공간이 흔히 지니는 상업적 성격을 부드럽게 완화했다. 건물은 돛처럼 호숫가에 자유롭게 솟아올라, 현대적이면서도 시적인 호수 미술관을 이룬다. 이 공간은 이후 주민들을 위한 커뮤니티 클럽으로 활용되도록 계획되어, 인근 커뮤니티 간의 소통을 위한 지속 가능한 장소를 제공한다.

Unique Properties: This is a sales center. The design weakens the traditional commercial atmosphere. The design clue comes from the natural lake in the project. It uses minimalist deconstruction to create a technological, quiet and natural space atmosphere, which will continue to exist as the owner’s club in the future. To provide a sustainable space for neighbourhood communications between communities in the future.

Inspiration: Built near the lake, a freely rising building stands on the shore of the lake like a sail, extracting spiritual connotations from the lake, thus giving birth to a "Lake Art Museum" that is both contemporary and very natural and poetic.
Project Duration: The project started in May 2021 and finished in June 2021 in Nanchang of China.
