Mama 커뮤니티 체어 소개

마마(Mama)는 회의실, 교육실, 대기 공간, 야외 공간 등 커뮤니티 공간을 위해 디자인된 적층형 의자입니다. 팔걸이 유무를 선택할 수 있으며, 여러 개를 연결하여 열로 배치할 수 있습니다. 유리섬유가 20퍼센트 보강된 폴리아미드 소재의 모노코크 구조가 일체형 바디를 형성하며, 전량 재활용이 가능합니다. 등받이 표면에는 둥근 형태의 미세 릴리프가 적용되어 접촉 면적을 줄이고 신체의 자연스러운 발한 작용을 돕습니다. 곡면 처리된 표면은 인체공학적인 편안함을 보장합니다. 최대 10개까지 수직으로 적층할 수 있습니다.

고유 특성: Stackable, easy to connect, available with or without armrests, Mama is a chair for community ideal for conferences and training courses, but also for informal meetings, waiting and outdoor activities.
Designed in Italy by Baldanzi & Novelli and made in China by Sifang, Mama is a completely recyclable stackable chair with high technical performance, but which expresses simplicity, lightness and elegance.

생산 기술: It’s made with a monocoque structure in polyamide reinforced with 20 percent glass fiber. The backrest has an original surface characterized by rounded micro reliefs designed to reduce the supporting surface, thus favoring the natural transpiration of the body. The curves and inclination of all surfaces ensure maximum ergonomic comfort. The design of the armrests, as well as that of the structure of the legs and their particular inclination, have been conceived to optimize the vertical stacking of up to 10 chairs; the joint system has also been optimized to connect the seats horizontally both with and without armrests.
디자인 과제: Making a chair in a single plastic body has some technical difficulties due to the characteristics that a community chair must have. Calculating thicknesses, comply with all the international rules and standards and keep an attractive design is the real challenge.
연구: Analysis of chairs on the market with similar proposals and features. Our intent was to reduce the components to achieve the same goal.
영감: The main source of inspiration was making a lightweight chair in single-piece. The seatback has a surface inspired by the surface of the sea.
프로젝트 기간: The project startet in March 2020 in Ponsacco (PI) and finished in December 2021 in Ponsacco (PI)
