About Citystars Heliopolis 복합 용도 리테일 콤플렉스
시티스타스 헬리오폴리스(Citystars Heliopolis)는 2004년 처음 문을 연 이집트의 복합 용도 리테일 콤플렉스다. 연면적 250,000제곱미터 규모의 이 복합시설은 현재 리노베이션이 진행 중이다. 리노베이션은 건축, 인테리어, 조명, 사인·길찾기 체계, 조경, 지속가능성을 하나의 통합적 접근 방식 안에서 아우른다. 여덟 개 층이 도시의 한 블록 전체에 걸쳐 펼쳐진다. 곡선 형태는 나일강의 흐름을 은유한다. 오리온(Orion), 이클립스(Eclipse), 솔라리스(Solaris), 스타포트(Starport)라 명명된 네 개의 아트리움이 내부 공간을 구성한다. 차양 구조물, 호수, 수목과 식재는 부지를 시원하게 유지하는 데 기여한다.

- Unique Properties
- Citystars Heliopolis mall is the first integrated mixed-use development in Egypt, opened in 2004. The complex is currently under renovation with a focused GFA area of 250,000 sq.m. The scope included a completely integrated approach to architecture, interiors, lighting, wayfinding, landscape, and sustainability. With 8 levels spread across a city block, the new Citystars celebrates the fluidity of the Nile using a dramatic form and state-of-the-art materiality and technology.
- Inspiration
- The design language is biophilic, sinuous, comfortable and relaxing. Papyrus, lotus and water plant architectural forms are interpreted into supersized experiential features and way-finding markers. Huge shade structures, a show lake, trees and planting provide essential cooling. The mall interiors comprise 4 spectacular atriums; Orion, Eclipse, Solaris, and Starport – conveying a Galaxy of Life theme, with soft curved edges, light, creamy stone finishes, and charismatic lighting.
