넥스트 컬렉션(Next Collection)은 그린 케이프(Green Cape)의 경관과 조화를 이루도록 설계된 주거 복합 단지입니다. 이 건물은 정원을 품은 포디움 위에 배치된 세 개의 독립적인 동으로 구성되어 있습니다. 옥상은 레스토랑, 바, 수영장을 갖춘 커뮤니티 공간으로 활용됩니다. 각 동의 배치는 세대와 포디움 위 정원 사이의 명확한 동선 흐름을 뒷받침합니다. 인테리어는 항해를 테마로 한 미니멀리즘 접근 방식과 차분한 색상 팔레트를 따릅니다. 이 디자인은 유기적인 형태와 주변 지형을 결합하고 있습니다.
