About Deer Chaser Yuchi 리조트
디어 체이서 위츠(Deer Chaser Yuchi)는 대만 난터우에 위치한 약 1,720제곱미터 규모의 리조트다. 이 설계는 지역의 문화와 경관을 활용하여 기존의 호스텔 모델에서 벗어난다. 공용 공간은 대만 전통 농가의 안마당과 나무 아래 모여드는 사람들의 이미지에서 착안했다. 야외 목욕 공간과 층고 전체를 아우르는 대형 창은 투숙객을 자연에 더욱 가깝게 이끈다. 서로 연결된 프라이빗 중정은 투숙객 간의 교류를 유도한다. 시공에는 콘크리트 내력벽 패널, 투명 칸막이, 강구조 트리하우스가 적용되었다.

- This project concept of the more local, the more international aims to depart from the conventional hostel model by incorporating the distinct local characteristics and culture. Its objective is strengthening the connection between people and nature and people and people.

- The project goal is to establish an innovative hotel concept in response to the growing appeal of Glamping. It emphasizes the notion of living in harmony with nature and nurturing human connections. The design integrates elements from traditional communal spaces in Taiwan, drawing inspiration from the inner court of traditional farmhouse and the imagery of people congregating beneath a tree to delineate its communal areas.

- Operation Flow
- Situated near a natural river, the project draws inspiration from its surroundings. To ensure the hostel harmonizes with the natural setting, the design integrates the principles of water gathering and bald cypress boulevard.
