About Relax Stand 스마트폰 거치대

릴랙스 스탠드(Relax Stand)는 잠들기 전 밤 시간에 사용하도록 디자인된 스마트폰 거치대이다. 벽난로와 북극곰, 두 가지 버전으로 제작되었다. 스마트폰을 거치대에 올려놓고 전용 영상을 재생하면, 벽난로 버전에서는 타오르는 불꽃이 나타나고 북극곰 버전에서는 파도 소리가 어우러진다. 거치대와 화면이 하나의 고요한 장면을 이루어 사용자가 편안하게 휴식을 취하고 스마트폰을 내려놓도록 돕는다. 각 거치대는 투명 아크릴 소재로 3차원 프린팅을 통해 제작되었다. 이 디자인은 3차원 프린팅의 일상적인 활용 가능성을 보여주는 것 또한 목표로 한다.

Design Challenge: Difficult problem: How to set up a smartphone. The situation that you want to watch for a long time.
Solution: Reproduced the scene you want to watch. I used dolls and animal motifs for that.
Research: The Japanese 3D printing market is limited. 1. Aircraft parts 2. Medical 3. Auto parts 4. Mold Challenge: Lack of daily life items used by ordinary people. To revitalize the Japanese 3D printing market.
Inspiration: In Japan, the number of smartphone dependents is increasing.

I thought of an idea that I wanted to let go of my smartphone.
Project Duration: This project started in Tokyo in 2018, Exhibited at DESIGN TOKYO in the spring of 2019.
Operation Flow: Use scene: Night. Before sleeping. Useful in bed.
[Fireplace]: People relax when they see the flame.
[Shirokuma]: The sound of waves will relax.
