About Above the Clouds 리조트 마스터플랜

'구름 위(Above the Clouds)'는 중국 푸젠성 푸청에 위치한 산악 리조트의 마스터플랜이다. 대상지는 구름과 가까운 고지대에 자리하고 있으며, 계획의 명칭은 바로 이러한 입지적 특성에서 비롯되었다. 구름의 형태에서 착안한 부드럽고 유려한 곡선이 설계 전반을 이끈다. 본 계획은 우선 리조트의 개발 목표와 포지셔닝을 제시하고, 이어서 공간 배치와 토지 이용의 분포를 규정하여 하나의 통합된 전체 계획으로 완성한다. 표준적인 도시계획 기법과 관련 법규가 적용되었으며, 작업은 1년 6개월에 걸쳐 완료되었다.

Unique Properties: Based on the current situation and planning background of the resort, the planning proposes the development goals and positioning, plans the spatial layout, land usage distribution and other aspects to form the overall layout plan for the resort.

Inspiration: The project is located in a mountainous area with a high altitude, as if it could touch the clouds at any time. Therefore, it was named above clouds, and the softness and streamline of the clouds also became the inspiration for the design.
Project Duration: The project took one year and a half to finish.
It is located in Pucheng, Fujian.
