Z Line House 주택 소개

Z 라인 하우스는 인도네시아 스마랑에 위치한 개인 주택이다. 이 디자인은 파라메트릭 시스템을 활용하여 형상과 구조를 함께 형성한다. 정밀하게 계산된 일련의 조형적 개입이 파사드를 규정하며, 내부 공간은 수평·수직 양방향으로 유연한 전이가 이루어지도록 계획되었다. 형상은 열대 기후의 집중호우 시 물의 흐름을 제어할 수 있도록 최적화되었다. 상세한 일조 분석이 동측과 서측 파사드 설계의 지침이 되었으며, 개구부는 조망 축, 거주자의 눈높이, 그리고 자연광의 균등한 분포를 따라 배치되었다.

고유 특성: The geometric exploration of the home's morphology aimed to maximize the existing site's potential, a series of calculated geometric and sculpture like interventions on the facade exploits the tension between conflicting elements. In contracts to the internal areas, which are designed to have greater fluidity in transition between the spaces in both the horizontal as well as the vertical

생산 기술: One significant features that defines the design of the project is the application of a parametric based system for the geometry and the structure. The geometry is optimised to control the water flow from the heavy rainfall in tropical climate. The approach was driven through a detailed solar analysis on the structure, with great attentiveness given to the eastern and western facades. The distribution of the facade's openings were heavily contingent on view axes, occupant height, and the uniform distribution of natural light. Z Line House is realized after a long study and construction phases that took more than 5 years to complete.
디자인 과제: The client's requirements and requisite were very specific and detailed, the primary difficulty was to address the client's request to live in a home that is visually stunning and unique, yet simultaneously maintain the conventional cultural requirements local home. The other challenge arose from the complicated yet very specific flow of activities required within the entire project; where the house serves as a base for the client's profession without hindering in the slightest the day to day residential activities of the home's occupants.
연구: The Z Line house is one of the residential units in Indonesia to address the challenge in construction and design. The Z Line house takes a completely Avant The house addresses issue at a local scale. One of the first residential units to address the challenge in construction and design. The interplay between function, form, light, environmental performance, social response and local assimilation has transformed what is usually considered to be a mundane residential dwelling, to one that has pushed the boundaries of construction and design evolving into an architectural landmark that has become unique to the fabric of the city.
영감: An idea is highly contagious; plant the smallest seed of one and it can grow and multiply into reality. We always been fascinated with the idea of combining the purest and most elementary architectural knowledge with an unorthodox approach to design. The idea of exploring the transition between these two realms excites us tremendously. The house was designed with this particular mindset; A single and specific design approach that unites various psychological elements allowing us to dream of

운영 흐름: The project is one single architecture residence for a client who needs a house that structurally challenging, visually stunning while maintaining a highly efficient working machine as a house. The final result according to the client is a very pleasant house where they are proud to have because it shows who they really are and have a highly effective flow of activity program
