About Hailuo 헤드폰 패키지

하이루오(Hailuo)는 인이어 헤드폰을 위해 제작된 패키지 디자인이다. 제품 사진을 보여주는 대신, 패키지에는 반으로 자른 앵무조개 껍데기 이미지가 담겨 있으며 그 나선형 공간 안에 헤드폰이 놓여 있다. 껍데기의 나선 형태는 소리의 공명과 연결된다. 전체 이미지는 표면에 엠보싱 처리되어 앵무조개에 실제와 같은 질감을 부여한다. 은색 용지에 검정 잉크를 사용해 은은한 광택을 연출함으로써 첨단 기술의 이미지를 암시한다. 서랍식 상자는 두 개의 층으로 구성되어 있어 헤드폰과 케이블이 먼저 보이고 액세서리는 그 아래에 자리한다.

Unique Properties: Mi Quad Driver In-Ear Headphone adopts the advanced technology of hybrid quad drivers, 2 dynamic drivers, and 2 balanced armatures. The headphones have the ability to deliver clear, delicate and multi-dimensional sound. Instead of showing the product image, the packaging design embeds the product into a nautilus shell to highlight the prominent sound effect of this headphone.

Production Technology: The packaging uses emboss on the image. It also uses silver paper with black ink.
Design Challenge: Due to the number of accessories and wires, the draw outbox structurally contains two layers. What jumps into eyes first are the headphones and its wires once you open the box, while accessories including the Bluetooth adapter are laying in the second layer. By doing this, the integrity and simplicity of the box can be immensely ensured.
Research: Mi Quad Driver In-Ear Headphone adopts the advanced technology of hybrid quad drivers, 2 dynamic drivers, and 2 balanced armatures. Through the accurate frequency calibration at three frequencies, which are low, medium and high frequencies, the headphones have the ability to deliver clear, delicate and multidimensional sound. Instead of showing the product image, the packaging design embeds the product into a nautilus shell to highlight the prominent sound effect of this Headphone.
Inspiration: A nautilus shell consists of a spiral inner cavity that could resonate sound. Therefore, this packaging uses an image of a sliced nautilus shell with a headphone embedded in it that associate with the prominent sound effect.
Project Duration: December 2019 Beijing and finished in February in Beijing, China.
Operation Flow: To make the real feeling of the nautilus, the whole image embossed on the surface. The silver paper with black ink gives the packaging a low sparkle to indicate high technology feelings.
