دەربارەی Avila Offices Sêwirana Hundirîn a Ofîsê

Ofîsên Avila sêwiranek hundirîn a ofîsê ye li Barcelonayê. Proje warên hevbeş yên avahiyeke ofîsê ya heft qat, ku li ser her qatekê nêzîkî 1,100 metrê çargoşe ye, nûve dike. Warê ofîsê 1,062 metrê çargoşe digire. Lobiyeke vekirî ya nû li şûna çareserên bazirganî yên kevneşop tê bikaranîn. Dîwarekî kesk ji rûyê pêş berbi hundir ve dirêj dibe û vexwendinê li peyaran dike ku têkevin hundir. Dîwarên camî dihêlin ku lobî ji kolanê ve xuya bibe. Mobîlya û çirayan bo projeyê bi pola xam û darê hatine sêwirandin, ku ev yekîtiyeke naskirî ya hundir dide.

Avila Offices Sêwirana Hundirîn a Ofîsê xelatgirê Xelata A' Design Award a Hesinîn e, nasîneke bi prestîj ku ji sêwiranên baş re tê dayîn, yên ku pêdiviyên pîşeyî û pîşesaziyê yên ku ji afirandinên baş hatine sêwirandin têne hêvîkirin tînin cih. Xelatgirên Hesinînê jêhatîbûna mezin, pisporiya bilind, têgihiştina pisporî û kapasîteya afirîner a afirînerên xwe nîşan didin. Tê hêvîkirin ku Avila Offices Sêwirana Hundirîn a Ofîsê afirandineke pir hatiye rêzgirtin, sitayişkirin û delal, pratîkî û nûjen be. Ev sêwirana bi Hesinînê serketî pratîkên çêtirîn ên pîşesaziyê yekgirtî dike û xwedî taybetmendiyên teknîkî yên jêhatî ye ku bi zanîn û jêhatîbûnê ve girêdayî ne. باوەڕپێکراوەکان، ئەندامانی تیم و وردەکاری تەکنیکی کە لەلایەن دیزاینەرەوە پێشکەش کراون.

تایبەتمەندییە تایبەتەکان: The entrance is dignified: the green wall runs from the facade to the interior inviting the pedestrian to enter the building. The glass walls make the lobby visible from the street. From this transparency, the permeability of these spaces is enhanced.

تەکنەلۆژیای بەرهەمهێنان: The elements of the interior furniture (chairs, tables, reception furniture, ...) and lamps are specially designed for this project with raw steel and wood as the main materials. These same finishes were used in structural and cladding elements. In this way, it is possible to give identity and coherence to the project.
هەڵەنگاندنی دیزاین: All common spaces of the building are reformed (lobby, stairs, reception, bathrooms, solarium cover, ...) A new diaphanous lobby is proposed, avoiding conventional commercial solutions. The proposal maintains coherence both in terms of form and in the use of materials and construction systems.
توێژینەوە: The project was created after winning a private competition to reform a seven floors office building of approximately 1,100 m2 each, in the 22@ district of Barcelona. The original building project was completed in 2002.
ئیلهام: This new reform was proposed to give the building more open and contemporary spaces. The exterior penetrates into the building, enhancing the feeling of tranquillity, well-being, and health. Spaces were designed as places not only to work but to be enjoyed, talked, shared ... Yet, suitable for synergies to arise and encourage motivation and creativity.

ڕێڕەوی کارکردن: Spaces are transformed into pleasant and healthy places, well-lit and ventilated. A harmonious combination of elements and materials. Open and flexible spaces are generated in their use. This allows all kinds of activities and meetings, whether they are formal in a conventional space or in the lobby itself.
