About The Home of Bobo Xanîyê Boboyê

Xanîyê Boboyê xemlandineke hundirîn a niştecihîyê ye ku qadeke 150 metre çargoşeyî digire û ji du loftên berê pêk hatiye. Piraniya dîwaran hatine rakirin da ku cih ronahî û vekirî bibe, digel dîmeneke fireh. Qata yekem jûra rûniştinê, jûra xwarinê û kitchenê bi hev ve girêdide. Qata duyem qada taybet vedihewîne, li wir camê hîseke zelalî diparêze. Textexana laminata twillî, panelên rengkirî, mermer, xalîçeya nexşdar û qumaşên nerm bi rengên kêm-tîrbûyî ve hatine berhev kirin. Vebijarka plansaziyê jî cihekî dide berhemên ku xwedan di rêwîtiyên xwe de berhev kirine.

Unique Properties
The original structure consisted of two lofts. Here, the designer removed most of the walls, making the space transparently bright, with a wide view.
The first floor connects the living room, the dining room and the kitchen through an open design that fits the hospitable character of the owner.
The second floor is the private space of the owner. It is not interpreted as a closed area. Instead, the intelligent use of glass creates a sense of transparency throughout the space.

Production Technology
The furniture is attractive and unique. The designer skillfully matched their colors with the background tones, creating an artistic atmosphere. In terms of materials used, they are both contrasting and unified-the twill laminate flooring matches with varnished boards, the freshness of marble neutralizes carpet patterns, while the sofa's fabrics and a peculiarly person-shaped carpet create flexible, soft angles. Green plants by the window bring the touch of nature into the space.
Design Challenge
As the client is a collector and a travel enthusiast, he required that his home could house all interesting objects from trips. This was a challenge faced by the designer. Within the limited space, the designer needed to construct a playful and variable space, which could also meet the needs of placing collections.
Research
The homogenization of commercial real estate forces them to live in the same type of apartments. Faced with this phenomenon, we want to create a space suited to their unique lifestyles, and awaken the love of young people for their own homes.

Inspiration
Nowadays, the young generations work in fast-paced cities, rushing from one place to the other without enthusiasm for life. To make things worse, the homogenization of commercial real estate forces them to live in the same type of apartments. Faced with this phenomenon, we want to create a space suited to their unique lifestyles, and awaken the love of young people for their own homes. Therefore, transparency and change are the keywords of our design.

Timetable: 2018.08-2019.05
Location: Chongqing, China
Operation Flow
The designer removed most of the walls, making the space transparently bright, with a wide view. The walls were designed following block patterns. The designer used surfaces with an array of low saturation colors that evoke a spiritual feeling, portraying spatial creativity and a compelling imagination. The space finds balance through the use of ethereal dark green tones complemented by restrained white tones, thus creating different layers of expression and blank spaces where "less is more".
