خانووی تیشکدار سێوێرانێکی هوندرینی یەکەیی مۆدێلە کە بۆ پیشاندانی پلانی نیشتەجێبوون بۆ سەردانکەران دروستکراوە. ئەم شوێنە ٣٨٠ مەتری چاوپێکەوتوو دادەگرێت. تۆنە ڕووناکەکان زاڵن بەسەر هوندرینەکەدا، لەگەڵ ڕازاندنەوەی بڕۆنزی فڵزی و دار گوێزی کە کەشێکی ڕۆژهەڵاتی ڕەنگدەداتەوە. نەخشەی مەرمەری خۆڵەمێشی گەرم بەرامبەر بە قەبارە گەورەکانی پارچەی دیواری بژ و خۆڵەمێشی و دیوارە تاریکەکانی دار گوێز دادەنرێت. توخمە چینییەکان و سروشتێکی شارستانی مۆدێرن لە یەک دیمەندا کۆدەبنەوە بۆ دروستکردنی ژینگەیەکی هێمن و جوان. هەموو دیوارەکان کۆنکرێتن، بۆیە سێوێرانەکە جەخت لەسەر بۆشایی کراوە و وردەکاریە ناوازەکان دەکاتەوە.

- This is also the key to convey the sense of spatial quality. In terms of color, the overall space is dominated by light tones, bronze metal materials and walnut are dotted with elements that reflect the oriental atmosphere. The low-saturation warm gray marble grain contrasts neatly with the large-area beige and gray wall cloth and the dark walnut wall.

- The biggest difficulty of the overall design space is the limitation brought by the concrete structure of all walls. By using the design methods, the visitors are able to focus on the beauty of the formation structure highlighted by the spacious area, and the carefully designed minute details.

- The Project of the model unit design originated from the designers' in-depth thinking. The purpose of the construction is to show the advantages and characteristics of the typical units available, to use the space to resonate with the visitors and engender a sense of identity, thereby helping them to have a certain demand for the unit, so as to achieve the sales goal of the developer.
