Yunlu ofîsek firotinê ye ku li Chengde, Çînê cih girtiye û rووberekî 1500 mètre çargoşe dadigire. Xemlandina navxaneyî xwe li ser Mountain Resort a herêmî ava dike û estetîka rojhilatî ya nûjen vedibêje. Plansaziya avahiyê şêwaza baxçeyên başûr bi teknîkên avahîsaziya jêhatî ya bakur re dihewîne. Baldarî li ser pîvana her hûrgiliyekê hatiye dayîn, da ku fezayê bi xwezayê re di ahengekê de bimîne. Materyalên bingehîn kevirê çêkirî, kaşên erdê, fîlima rengê darê, textê darê yê zexm, pola nezengok û parçeyên dîwêr in. Armanc afirandina fezayeke aram e ku ji wêneyên xwezayê îlham girtiye.
