Ev qada yekbûyî jûreyek rûniştinê ya berfire, jûreyek xwarinê û metbexek xweşik a ku ji bo hilanîna herî zêde hatî çêkirin dihewîne. Mobilên bêserûber ên ku hem li qadên rûniştinê û hem jî yên xwarinê li hev dikin, dîmenek pir rehet li vê projeyê zêde dikin. Panelên şitil ên ku hemî dolabên ku ji bo hilanînê têne bikar anîn vedişêrin paşxaneyek hevdem a paqij ava dikin. Ji zencîreya zêde xelas dibe dema ku hîn jî hemî hilber, tişt û bîranînên li ber destan diparêze, ev metbex bêtir mîna barek xweşik xuya dike ku li dora wê heval û malbat dikarin ji demên çêtirîn ên jiyanê kêfê bikin.

Xelatgirên Tuncînê karên bi têra xwe jêhatî û bi awayekî balkêş afirîner in, yên ku ezmûna fireh, xeyal û çareserkirina sêwiranerên xwe piştrast dikin. Tê hêvîkirin ku D M Residence Hundurê Niştecîh tiştekî pir hatiye rêzgirtin, sitayişkirin û delal be, bi awayekî berbiçav pîşekar û nûjen. Ev sêwirana bi Tuncînê serketî pratîkên çêtirîn ên huner, zanist, sêwiran û teknolojiyê digire nav xwe û ji bo baldariya li hûrgiliyan hêja ye. باوەڕپێکراوەکان، ئەندامانی تیم و وردەکاری تەکنیکی کە لەلایەن دیزاینەرەوە پێشکەش کراون.

تایبەتمەندییە تایبەتەکان: This space integrates a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. For maximum storage and a clean visual style, all the cabinets were hidden inside slatted panels (every part of the slatted panels in this design actually open and can be used for storage). As a result of this decision, the kitchen, which is in fact the functional kitchen of the house, was free from excessive furniture, and could be designed as a stylish bar.

تەکنەلۆژیای بەرهەمهێنان: The space was built from scratch, using light steel structures, as an expansion to an existing apartment. National brazilian brands and materials were preferred: the furniture, carpet, tiling, cabinets and marble.
هەڵەنگاندنی دیزاین: The main challenges: working with lightweight structure in a limited structural context; conceiving the details of the slatted cabinets so as they look entirely as a panel, from start to end and from floor to ceiling.
توێژینەوە: One of the challenges of this project was to build over a structure with limited points of support. This is why the space has no pillars, as all of them are located at the borders, where the original structure can be found. Every material had to be calculated not to overload the structure. Aside from that, the clients had an extensive memorabilia. To fully accomodate these personal belongings while still maintaining a clean visual style, it was mandatory to find a solution to maximize storage. That's why we conceived the slatted panels which are, in fact, cabinets that hide and organize all the objects, hardwares and materials.
ئیلهام: The main purpose of this design was to create a cozy yet elegant space for the daily life of the family. The highlits are the use of natural regional white marble, the solution of the cabinets (hidden behind the slatted panels) and the overall cleanliness of the architecture, which allows the apropriation of the space by the owners through the use of their personal belongings to give significance to each corner.
ماوەی پڕۆژە: The project started in January 2018. The interiors were started in September 2018 and finished in December 2018.
ڕێڕەوی کارکردن: This is an open concept architecture, focusing on making daily routines easy and comfortable while keeping things organized and stylish.
